1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-order or backorder items may take longer; we will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimates

  • Canada: Estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • United States: Estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch.
    Shipping times may vary depending on carrier, customs, or seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD 100. For orders under CAD 100, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • United States: Free shipping on orders over USD 130. For orders under USD 130, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Carriers & Tracking

  • We use reliable carriers (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, or other couriers).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor delivery status.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please provide accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If you realize an error before shipping, contact us immediately.

6. Customs & Duties

  • For US orders, packages may be subject to customs inspection, duties, or taxes. These costs are borne by the recipient. We recommend checking local customs regulations before ordering.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience and will update you if significant delays arise.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us; we will work with the carrier to locate it.

  • If an item arrives damaged, refer to our Refund & Return Policy for instructions and send a photo as described below.

9. Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items and they ship separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. All will be sent via email.
