At INTHAIMARKET, due to the perishable or consumable nature of many of our products (snacks, dry foods), we generally do not accept returns unless items are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Please read below for details on eligibility and process.

1. Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or defective, you may request a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product (different from what you ordered), you may request replacement or refund.

Other Cases: For change of mind or personal preference, we cannot accept returns for food/snack items. For some non-food items (e.g., certain beauty products), returns may not be accepted unless defective; check specific item details.

2. Timeframe

You must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery. “Delivery” means the date indicated by the carrier as delivered. After 3 days, we cannot guarantee eligibility.

3. How to Request

Inspect Upon Arrival: Check your order immediately when it arrives.

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item (show both packaging and the product).

Review: Our team will review your request and photos, and respond within 2 business days with next steps.​​

4. Replacement or Refund

Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund: If replacement is unavailable or you prefer a refund, we will refund the product price. Shipping fees may be refunded if the error was ours; otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm that return is not necessary.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Food/snack items are generally non-returnable except when damaged/defective/incorrect.

Opened items: If packaging is opened but item is damaged or defective, provide clear photos; we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Perishable items: If items arrive expired or very near expiration, include photos and expiration date; we will assess eligibility.

6. Exchanges​

No Exchanges for Different Products: INTHAIMARKET does not offer exchanges where you swap one product for another. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

Replacement of Identical Item Only: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement of the same SKU (identical product) under our return process:

Timeframe: Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Request: Email support@inthaimarket.com with subject “Return/Replacement Request – Order #[Order Number]”, including clear photos showing the issue (packaging and product) and a brief description.

Assessment: We review and confirm within 2 business days whether replacement is possible.

Shipping: If approved and the same item is in stock, we send the replacement at no extra cost. If out of stock or you prefer not to receive another identical item, we issue a refund per our Refund & Return Policy.

Process Summary:

Exchanges for different flavors, varieties, or styles are not allowed.

Eligible replacement applies only to the exact item you ordered.

For any other product wishes, a new order is required.

7. Cancellation & Order Changes Before Shipping
-
You may cancel an order or request changes (e.g., modify items, shipping address) only within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours from order placement, cancellation is no longer permitted.

You may request adjustments to order details (such as changing quantities, swapping items, or updating shipping address) within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet shipped. Requests should be sent to youare@inthaimarket.com with your order number and details of the change.

If the order has not yet been dispatched and the cancellation request arrives within the 2-hour window, we will cancel and refund in full. If the request arrives after 2 hours but within 48 hours and is an adjustment (not full cancellation), we will attempt to apply changes if the order processing allows; if the requested change is not possible (e.g., item already packed), we will inform you promptly.

If the order has already shipped (regardless of timing), follow the standard Refund & Return Policy for eligible returns (e.g., damaged or incorrect items); cancellation at that point is not possible.

8. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Eligibility: Only items that are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered) are eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges for different products or flavors.

Timeframe: Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery (as indicated by the carrier). After 3 days, eligibility cannot be guaranteed.

Replacement of Same Item: If the same item is in stock and you prefer a replacement, we will send the identical item at no extra cost. (This is not an “exchange” to a different product; it is replacement of the same SKU.)

Shipping fees are refundable only if the error was ours; otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable. 11. Cancellation Before Shipping (repeated for clarity)

As above: cancel within 2 hours; adjust minor details within 24 hours; no cancellations after shipping.

If approved, arrange return shipping (if needed) and send replacement of the same item or process refund.
